Cathy Eu holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and has
completed training at the Transformational Arts College of Spiritual and Holistic Training in
Spiritual Psychotherapy and Spiritual Direction. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with
the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Cathy takes an integrative, client-centred approach that blends traditional psychotherapy with
complementary modalities, including Reiki, Pranic Healing, shamanic practices, Access Bars®,
hypnotherapy, and past life regression. Her work supports clients in accessing deeper self-
awareness, releasing limiting patterns, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom and intuition.
She is also trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and works with both individuals
and couples seeking growth, healing, and greater connection.
